made the payment successfully, but our platform doesn’t add the corresponding chips to the customer’s gaming account, the customer can apply for cancellation.
For a refund, please contact us or bank customer service.
Refunds will only be accepted in case of double payment or a fraud transaction. For a refund, the customer should share proofs and get double checked by our platform.
In case of any fund refund process, it may take 5 to 7 working days normally.
Refunds will be issued to the original bank account provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, the payments refund will be made to the same account.
